Cindy Rodriguez is a Las Vegas native who worked her way up from intern to C.O.O. in the dental industry. She started as an intern for Dr. Steven Delisle at his first deal office at the age of 22 while going to school to become a dental assistant and working full time as a front desk clerk at the Golden Nugget. She was promoted to assisting with surgeries and then managing Dr. Delisle’s surgery center and five other offices.
